I really enjoy this photo I took while on a boat ride in New York City this summer. I think it is a great example of scale because the boat and the Statue of Liberty differ in size so much. The Statue of Liberty is huge but I didn’t expect it to be as big as it was when I got up close. The boat gives you a great representation of the sense of depth and how big the Statue of Liberty actually is.
